It's our human right to have the chance of freedom, claim notorious killers

It's our human right to have the chance of freedom, claim notorious killers sentenced to die in prison | Mail Online

These "jailhouse lawyers" have all day, everyday to think on ways get on the Human Rights gravy train and get their spoon in to stir it up for Britain over anything!! They never bothered much prior to the slop out case, which in my opinion was a valid one. People are in prison to be punished but they should not have been degraded and had to suffer the indignity of having to strip half naked, sit down and defecate within feet of another, possibly two other men!!! Okay slop out in a single cell may just have been okay but not in multi occupancy cells.
Having gained one victory they sat down, with their thinking caps on, writing their briefs on toilet paper, to see what else they could do in order to stir the pot. They get a break from the tedium of prison life working on their case with lawyers and find new energies to build a case. Winning or losing were not the issues. As the Americans say ' it was just sticking it to the Man' and costing 'the Man' a fortune that were the two main reasons. Should they fail they would appeal and should they win then, they just move on to the next issue. The maverick Human Rights Court could go any way on any issue.
