I wonder if this hurricane will invoke the famous clause, "Act of God" in order to avoid anybody paying for anything!!!
B.P. can say that under "normal" conditions the oil would be cleaned but due to an "Act of God" just pay for it yourself America !!!!
Will McCrystal take charge of FEMA ???
