Interesting times in USA. Will about 75% of Congress be arrested at the State of the Union address. Will the brighter light bulbs just not go to the address? Should people be arrested,, will there be a private plane exodus? Looks like Sunday to Tuesday, this week, will be fun times!! If many people are arrested will they be held on the mainland or will they be transferred to Cuba, where jail boats are docked? Military planes normally switch off the transponders, once they have taken off and climbed to their cruising altitude, to continue on their own radar and using military controllers. When they are nearing landing, the transponders are switched on again. Civilian aircraft must keep transponders on. By viewing tracking sites, such as www.planefinder.net, one will be able to see flights suddenly appear, near to Cuba, assuming that people arrested will be moved there.
