Rogers is a biased Judge in Denver who hates Eric Brandt and his group of friends and fellow protesters.
Among other things, Rogers refused to allow Brandt to have the services of a lawyer. Even the prosecutors complained about this judge's behaviour in the Court.
The same Judge refused to allow a lady, representing herself, to be present in the Court during the jury choosing and her trial!! She was locked in a cupboard, for many hours, without toilet facilities or refreshment. Eventually, she was found guilty, in her enforced absence and received a 75 day sentence.
