I believe that Gatwick was a con!! They want to ban ownership of Drones by the general public. Anyone allowed to use one will have to have a license and a certificate to fly, which will cost mega dough!!
Buying them outside UK and having them sent them in will allow Customs to open everything, looking for Drones.
Buy them while you can!!!
