I have been saying that allowing folks to sue Saudi would open the floodgates for any person,who was a victim of country driven violence, to sue.
As there is no time limit mentioned//////////////////Vietnam,Laos,Cambodia can sue America and France(pre USA) Algeria can sue France Germans can sue usa,uk France Canada Japan can sue usa Australia
and on and on and on.
