What a tax dodge!! If Hilary should pop her clogs all of the gazillions still in her war chest belongs to her! In the past most have donated the money to the party but her money could go,quite legally,to the Clinton Foundation thus avoiding death duties of any kind.
As we know the Foundation is used as a financial vehicle to curry favourable deals and any 'donations' are tax deductible too.
