This was always a sick joke in any case. Obumpy said that he would never sign off on it. It could never happen because it would open the door for others to sue America from as far away as Germany,Italy,Japan, (WW1 & WW2) Korea, Vietnam, Central America,Middle East,South Ameica and all other places where Americans have killed people .
