Yip !  They are coming out of the woodwork !  We have the original White Dragon which changed their name from Black Dragon. Then we got the Red Dragon and later the Gold Dragon.

Now these Dragon families are actually tong societies. The Tongs were set up to be a sort of militia to fight the mad emperor dynasties in China. They helped the poor and robbed the rich.  All great and good, initially.

Later they changed to being criminal organisations into every type of crime that you can think of to make money. Extortion,gambling, kidnapping,murder,child porn and slavery,forgery and fake DVD's and computer games are just a few of their areas.

How cynical is this? The White Dragon changed their name because that thought that 'black' in the West stood for badness. I don't trust any of them. I believe that they are the opening gamit in a chess game in which China advances from behind the Bamboo curtain. They are the pawns bearing gifts.
