Any co ordination of groups in Hong Kong will be done using mobile phones. Without doubt,authorities will be monitoring them. So remember an old spook trick.

1 .  Put messages into the draft section of an E mail account

2. Distribute password for that E mail by word of mouth

3. Reader enters and replies yes have read it. Then answers using same system on another E mail account.

As nothing is ever sent over the Internet nothing can be read.  You just keep opening E mails with different passwords or just change passwords for a while.
