We,in the Uk, are extremely fortunate that not all of our cops carry guns as in America. Otherwise this sort of thing would be happening,at least, weekly, in Uk.
As far as I remember there have been no crazy cop shootings in Scotland,Wales or even in Northern Ireland where the cops do have guns. However, England has had several incidents,mainly in London.
