Still 'armless

I decided,after my frozen shoulder escapade,to keep on going.  Bad decision.All that happened was stress on the wrist.  My whole right arm s now kaput.
So sorry about the lack of posts. Service resumes as soon as possible,as the good old BBC used to say.
