This is just stupid. Currently,those leaving schools at 16, get peanuts,if they manage to get a job. They get very little benefit money either.
On the job front,they have no experience and many turn to crime, with the probability of a criminal record which, coupled with no work experience, means they will never work. To broaden the age band from 16 / 18 to 16 / 25 makes things worse.
