UK Peace Index: Rate of murders and violent crime falling faster than anywhere in Western Europe
Yep the murder rate is down. However, there are more and more violent attacks and muggings. You see muggers have realised that it is more cost effective to leave their victims alive,so that they can go back and do the same thing,again and again. Let's face it, the police are no longer any deterrent. They are merely recorders of crime and certainly do not prevent it.!!
