Okay I just looked on Google search and the avg wage in the Uk is £26,500 which becomes £509 per week!!
So 20% rise in that would be £101 per week.
For a single person, on the dole, the rate is £65 per week.
So 20% of that pittance, amounts to £13 Gee whiz big deal !!
This is highly typical of the press in the Uk A load of crap !!! BTW gas and electricity charges have risen by 10% per year too, never mind everything else. We treat our unemployed people like trash in the Uk.
