I am beginning to have nasty conspiracy thoughts that this whole banking computerised system has been left to fail in order to blame the banks for all of Government problems. It comes down to the defence, if you hadn't given us all that money, we would not have asked for it.!
What a wonderful way, come to eventual fall, to introduce a non cash, electronic money transfer system.
