These repaired cars are supposedly cheaper. Unless you do I phone check I would bet that people are paying top book for them, as they have no idea that they have been repaired.  Somebody selling from a house ain't gonna tell you diddly squat and charge you full price, so it is always worth doing a phone check and then haggle over price.
