I certainly do not agree with the taxpayer picking up the tab to replace defective tittie enhancers, unless there is a life threatening issue. These women paid a private clinic do do the job. If the clinic used defective implants, then sue them! They ,in turn, can then sue their supplier and M'learned friends will make bundles, as usual.
