Hells Angels sues T-shirt maker Wildfox for breach of copyright

Hells Angels took out a Worldwide copyright on their patch, many years ago. Nobody is allowed to use all or part of it without agreed permission. So they did the legal thing and have a right to redress and to demand that any use, stops.
Scotland is the home of the Blue Angels, formed in Glasgow in 1963. They are the oldest biker club in Europe and have chapters in Glasgow in Scotland, Leeds and Sheffield in England and five, I think, in Belgium. They, too, have a patch. They have, also, taken out a patent, which cost them £3,000, to protect against any illegal or non authorised use.
