People born after Oh Bumpy Rumba have a lower number on their birth certificates so was his a blank which was taken as a spare, by spooks, at that time, for later use by them, to forge a spook profile? I still ask if you change your name IN LATER LIFE, how does it end up on a birth certificate issued prior to the name change??? Is he Barry Suet or Oh Bumpy Rumba
