I speak English but who knows what hang tight and other unintelligible statements mean. which are used by many police. these idiots realised that the man could not understand English but kept issuing directives
remember the Vietnam war where people living in a jungle were killed for not understanding English never mind the gibberish uttered by drugged up soldiers
