MSPs to question police use of facial recognition technology - News & Parliament TV : Scottish Parliament
Facial recognition could, quite easily, be blocked in Scotland but not in the rest of the UK, just as happened to fluoride. Many people believe that Scotland has the same law as the rest of the UK. This is not the case, thanks to Edward 1, who allowed Scotland to retain its own independent legal system.
If you look carefully at the bottom of credit card agreements it will say ' subject to laws of England.'
This makes the agreement crap, in Scotland, as both sides would have to sign in England among other legal niceties.
