School Has Robbed Young People of Their “Why” | Tea Party



When I was in the primary school, a teacher would give us a list of people and events to go find out about over the weekend. So either a trip to the library or out with the encyclopedias was called for. It made us ' enquire.'

I met him much later and reminded him of his moves, which he didn't remember. I explained that it led me to 'seek out' info and 'enquire' about stuff, on my own, without just 'accepting.'
