Nothing much changes does it? Americans believe that everybody speaks English. Unfortunately, Americans cannot speak English either!! WTF does 'hang tight and relax' mean or 'just chill.' One cop to another, 'he can't speak English.' The other replies,'Okay. You, get up, stand up!' Perhaps if Americans could speak English, they might be understood!!
We all remember that the Italians, Germans and the French couldn't in WW1 and WW2. Koreans couldn't and neither could Viet Namese. Neither Mexicans nor Arabs can either! They all were and will be killed anyway.
