UK to double F-35 fleet with 17-jet order, Defence Secretary announces



Unbelievable!! The F 35 is a 'lemon.'   Of course, as the British Navy ordered two new aircraft carriers, to be built, but forgot to order planes, I suppose that a plane which can't pump fuel from a tank into the engines would be ideal. Perhaps they wanted a static display!!!

Conspiracy theorists believe that the lemon was deliberately made to be a squib because so much technology is stolen these days. If folks make copies, they don't work. An expensive 'up yours' to be sure!!

Israel got an F 35 and Russian engineers were all over it before boarding planes to 'visit relatives' in Russia. Most planes have been copied for decades.  Here are some from memory.

Every UK airline was copied by Russia. French Dassault plans ended up in Israel having been dumped in the refuse bins. China tried to copy the lemon. The drone, which mysteriously landed in Iran, was copied. America tried to go supersonic in the airliner group and failed with the Boeing. Russia got Concordski off the ground but gave up.
