Why is this guy so wonderful?? Think about it!! His land is obviously producing an income, right now, from farming. His land is now valued at £275 million and with interest rates going to be low,for borrowing,for the next five to seven years, he can use the land as security for a mega loan and buy out his neighbours!!!
The land will rise in price year on year and builders will always be interested Nope this guy is very clever.!!
