Unfortunately there is no way round that I can do without a phone line.  My Internet services come down the line and I rarely use the phone to make calls.  In general I switch it off most of the time.

I send E mails and very rarely make mobile phone calls. Then the call is paid and forgotten about.

My BT bill only consists of three months rental and Infinity 2 internet charges
