You can board a ferry in Dublin and take it to Isle of Man. From there you can board ferries to England or Scotland. You have moved from Europe to the Uk. Another way is to board a ferry, in France, to go to the Channel Islands. You have then moved from Europe to the Uk. and can board a ferry to the mainland.
The Uk border is a joke !!
