What happens after Scotland becomes indpendent

In September, about six weeks away, the people of Scotland will vote in a referendum. They will be voting YES to become independent or NO to stay as part of the Uk. Personally, I hope that we become an independent nation, once again. I really have little concrete info on what will and will not happen from day one of independence but here are some ideas in no particular order.
Scotland will not be erecting border posts on the A1 and the M74 main Scotland/England roads. No passports or visas will be required to enter or leave. I would like to see our own currency called the Alba but this seems unlikely unless England follows through with their threat not to allow us to us sterling.
Scotland will NOT be a member of the European Union which suits me fine !! The big joke is that neither will England Wales and N Ireland as we all joined together.
The Treasury will have to return some of the money paid to them, from Scotland, which was to fund future projects etc.  So we will have some cash to get going. Any future oil and gas drilling licenses will have to be negotiated with the new Scottish government. I do hope that we employ the 50/50 sort of deal which Norway did.
THE LAW
Scotland already has her own, completely separate, legal system. So there should be a smooth transition for Courts and police. BUT will any deals done under English Law be void as England will now be a foreign country?? If you have a mortgage with an English building society/bank  what happens?
There is already, right now, a big problem for English credit card to get defaulters to pay up. As the company works under English Law,which is not valid in Scotland, they must instruct their English lawyers to instruct Scottish lawyers to take a resident of Scotland to a Scottish Court.  The fees involved are huge with no guarantee of success.Would you pay even £500 per day to two sets of lawyers plus all of the costs to get back £1,000?  Of course not.  They don't and card interest rates are so high to cover these losses.
Nothing will change after independence.
Will card companies form limited companies in Scotland. Perhaps. Otherwise they will get no money from card holders in Scotland if folks get into trouble with payments. You cannot and will not be taken to Court in England for debt.
The BORDER
The Border on lane is well defined. Difficulties arise when you go out in a boat.Fishing boats could plunder on either side and neither sides law enforcement vessels could enter giving chase!  Could be fun!
Oil and gas fields are pretty spread over the border as well. So which is which.?
POMP and CIRCUMSTANCES
Their would no longer be a United Kingdom, nor would there be a Great Britain  So no Union Jack flag and no royal family!!!   Scotland will become a Republic, probably with a President   Alex Salmon.
POLITICS
The SNP have done most of the work, as the other parties, in Scotland, are run by their head offices in London.I can't see the SNP,named the Tartan tories by many, being in power. Scotland is a labour country. We could end up with a two party system unless we go for proportional representation which will give a politically mixed government. The excesses of one in one out, being curbed by the others.I hope that we go that way. To have one party undoing the work of the previous one and vice versa, is a waste of public money.
So there yo are. Some things to consider. There are many more
