It is getting very near now ! Generally I never want the Summer to end as I don't like Winter too much. Well who does?
This September we.in Scotland, get a chance to vote on becoming an independent country again, after the Crowns of Scotland and England were united. when King James became king of both countries at the same time.
After independence, Scotland will become nuclear weapon free,which is a great thing. However, I cannot see the Scottish National Party as leaders for very long.After the first election I would think that the Scottish Labour Party will be in control and Scotland will become a Socialist Republic with the SNP as the second party.
To avoid Scotland going down the one party in, one out road, we should have proportional representation,which would give a Government of various persuasions. We shall see.
