Looks like the Dark Continent is in for Americanisation whether they want it there or not ! Africa has always been the sphere of influence for China and Russia. Their big mistake was to befriend the Governments who were completely untrustworthy and would take anything going. America has a much cheaper policy. They just throw some money at the local opposition and make them promise to repay in resources, when they come to power, of suffer the same fate from their opposition!!.

It has worked all over South and Central America and costs America not a cent, because they borrow money from the Fed with no chance of ever paying it back!!!! The Fed does not need to find the money to lend, they just print it!!!
