Because  666  and 7779  came up the same night that Bumy won it must be the workd of th devil.  Well look at it the other way,   the lottery numbers are fixed!!!   Which is easier to do ???

Everytime a number is picked, the computer records a vote for that number. This is how they give out stats on popular ones and less popular ones. So a crook would know which balls that he wanted to  "win."

There is always a time period between the end of buying and the balls getting rumbled and picked.

A crook can manipulate the ball machine. It is all done by hat and cold. Remember expansion and contraction at school science???  The balls are all the same weight,contain the same volume of air and are the same size. BUT

If the ball is heated, the air inside actually expands!!  The skin of the ball stretches,just enough to make it too big to go down the hole!!  The reverse, cooling does the opposite.

So you have small and big balls !!  Cool the ones that you want to come out. Heat the rest with a hair dryer or place balls in a kettle of hot water, in a towel on top of a radiator or pop them in the micro wave in a bowl of water.  All innocent items to have in a dressing room before the bingo or a lotto draw takes place.

Bingo halls used these tricks for years and they transfer nicely to lottery on TV. You may be told that one set of balls from three are picked. Who knows if that is theatre?   You see the machine pre loaded. You never see the balls going in the machine.!!
