The French have a good justice system. Older folks,who have committed offences,don't appear in Court nor do they get sentenced.
I would not go as far as the French. Older folks should be tried but their sentences should be done at home complete with a curfew which would allow hospital visits
Here we have two 84 year old entertainers who have been charged with frivolous offences,so let them die quietly,at home,not in jail.
