British Gas workers who doubled bills 'were given free helicopter rides for ripping off customers' 



This writer recently got a letter from Scottish Gas claiming that I had not paid a bill Of £31.40. Because I had not paid this bill,which I had never received, I was penalised the sum of £14  Making £35.40

On top of the letter they gave a E mail URL  to seek help  scottishgas.co.uk/help    This is crap as there is no @

in the URL  So I tried help@scottishgas.co.uk   Did not work either. So I tried the old standby  customerservices@scottishgas.co.uk   which did work.

I informed them that I did not have a Gas supply and they could cut it off whenever they liked.!!

Is this a new wizard wheeze to extract money ???
