Obumycare is really quite simple. They are now the main contractor in the health insurance game because they wrote the Laws to take i over. Like most main contractors,these days, they sub contract the business and expect kick backs,sorry commissions, for so doing. The bigger the kick back,the more that the sub contractor gets.
In addition, the main contractor collects the fees, which they might pay to the sub contractors, at some time in the future, as they please, or not as the case maybe.. This allows them to invest the fees and make a profit, hopefully. They deduct their commissions, in advance, and wait for the sub contractor to sue for non payment As they run the Court system that will be the biggest joke of them all.
This will put insurance companies, who have no other income to offset the loss of health revenue, out of business. The market will get smaller and the fees will get higher!!
