Why not buy an old taxi ? Most have been very well looked after, to have them off the road, means a serious loss of income, for the owner. Eventually it will nt pass the license test and a hew cab must be purchased. Some keep the older one for spares, some sell fr spares but others just sell the whole cab.
The newer models have access for wheelchairs via a ramp and wheel restraint points, to avoid wandering about inside, when in transit. They can be made into a real nice motorhome for one/two person.
