I have no personal animosity to the woman who ,by an accident of birth, is Queen Eliabeth II of England.  She is, in fact, of German descent and her real family name is not Windsor but Saxe Goburg-Gothe. She is descended from the three King George's.  KG I could not speak English and spent most of his reign in Hanover, Germany. KG III introduced Income Tax as a temporary measure to raise money to fight the French. We still have income tax as does just about every country in the World.
As far as I am concerned England is an occupier in my country of Scotland. Had Bonnie Prince Charlie had bigger testicular fortitude, we Scots could have beaten England!!  Charlie reached as far south as the outskirts of London.The Londoners were ready to surrender, as they had little food. For some inexplicable reason, Charlie decided to head home for more troops. The English regrouped and the rest is history as they say.
When Queen Elizabeth mounted the throne, post office mail collection boxes began to appear in Scotland with EIIR on them.  These were blown up by Scottish Republicans!!  the Royal Mail then redesigned their Scottish boxes. as far as Scotland is concerned she is QE II of England having followed Black Bess who was QE I.
