So here we are, a do it yourself police force. Drivers who see drivers behaving badly should report them. Oh really, how? Get on your mobile and tell the police if you see a driver on a mobile and shop yourself for doing the same thing!!!! Two fines for the price of one and no work to do. What an idyllic life for the police.
Anybody that you don't like or just anybody can be complained about with no proof, no witnesses, no corroboration, all on the strength of a phone call?
So if a player scores a goal putting your team out of the World Cup, shop him !!!!!
