The last two areas in which America has no real influence are Africa and South America. In their World Domination Tour they have to take over a jump off area in both.
So they poisoned the North West of Africa with Ebola and thought that they would be asked in,but that failed again. t didn't work with AIDS either in the same area.
Onwards to area 2 Venezuela is an ideal jump off base. Watch for anti Government groups suddenly becoming wealthy and loaded up with armaments this Summer.
