The dragon has sat behind the Bamboo curtain and watched the rest of the World for centuries. They have watched the triumphs and the failures of Europe and North America.  They moved into Africa and into South East Asia.

Now the dragon is coming out from behind the bamboo curtain with the plan of taking over the World. Unfortunately,they have not studied history....Empires don't work and never,ever,have done.

There is always some group,which rises up inside an Empire saying that they could do it better. You then have factionalism and ultimately the destruction of the Empire. Hence we can never have a one World Government, as was envisioned by the League of Nations and later,by it's wild child the United Nations.

There are too many Egos!
