Why are people raving about WW3 between Russia and USA The only good thing about having nuclear bombs, is the fact they they will never be used! We have seen the demolition job, that those two old ones did in Japan. Modern ones are now small and can take out tower blocks.
If they start firing off nukes, at one another, all that would be left is a pile of rubble. Where is the profit?
No,it is much better to used totally deniable surrogate armies, to do all the fighting. Then you can back them and also back the country that thy are attacking. Totally controllable War for profit and psycho fun !!
