Garlic - The World’s Immune System-Boosting Superfood



I am beginning to believe that Indian Curries should be given to all children and sick people,at least twice a week. Everybody should have a curry,every week.  They normally contain garlic,cinnamon, ginger, capsicum, coriander and curry powder, which are all fantastically healthy things to ingest. Then,of course,there is also rice.

Another wonderful thing is that they give the body a good clean out too !!!
