Because of hub transport people on a plane arriving in the Uk from Amsterdam may not all be Dutch nationals who live in Holland.The could have flown from the South Moluccan islands via Indonesia.
W.Africa has a lot of ex French and Belgian colonies. People from there tend to fly into Brussels or Paris from where they can board a plane to Uk.
You would have to test every single passenger and put them in quarantine for at least 21 days,to be sure. Anyone can reduce a fever by taking Ibuprofen, which can be bought in chemists. The fever could be flu related.
America has decided that those crotch feelers of the TMA will screen peeps for Ebola too. Now that is a funny joke!!
