I came to the conclusion,a few years ago, that we on Earth are a mix of Martians and indigenous cave dwellers. When mammals came out of the water, onto the land, some remained reptiles and others began crawling and climbing about. This began on the Equator. The surface was too hot for reptiles and they went underground, to evolve by themselves, leaving the crawlers to stand up and become the hunter/gatherers/farmers.

The Earth was originally a molten compressed ball and as it slowed from the explosion of  Big Bang, the heat hit the cold of space and formed an atmosphere. Rain dropped back and formed seas. Gradually, islands came up from the centre to form floating land masses, which in turn broke up or fused together.

The people of Mars were way ahead of us in every way as they were further along their journey from Big Bang. They realised that a huge disaster was coming.Possibly they foresaw a collision of planets,one of which became the rubble of the Kyper Belt. So many of them left the surface and went underground into bunkers,some left in a space ark to head to Earth and the majority perished. Sound familiar ?  We are planning arks and digging tunnels right now.!!

Anyway,it was a one way trip to Earth, as the technology was not available on Earth. They built pyramids in mathematically precise positions,which could be seen from Mars. These acted as a 'we made it' signal and also trained the population of Earth. A few magic tricks, like flying, led to them being called Gods. Earthlings wanted to mate their daughters with Gods and there was no hassles.

Later, the reptiles decided to come to the surface and were shocked to find an advanced civilisation, way beyond what they had assumed was there. So they returned underground. Other planets had noted the collision and came to investigate the results.  Some visitors were humanoid,some insectoid and some reptilian.  Alliances were made and treaties to allow some neutrality on the surface agreed. Long standing Wars were continued in the space above the planet. But treaties were broken by some and alliances were dissolved with new ones being made, fluidly.  This is where we are at today.
