So he is gonna lose £100 grand every year from his £250 grand prize. The answer is obvious get out of the country quick ......Turks and Cacaos Islands are nice and tax free !! He can always pop back as long as he don't stay in this country for more than 90 consecutive days at a time. By just popping over to Eire or Isle of Man and coming back starts another 90 day period.
