The problem with having loads of False Flag operations is that when a real problem evolves people tend to think oh another False Flag.  Personally,I believe that there is Ebola in Western Africa, which was released deliberately to de populate Africa.

However this guy Duncan flew from Liberia to Brussels in Belgium. Wandered about then flew to Dulles in Washington where again he wandered about. Then he flew onward to Dallas in Texas. So that is three planeloads of folks and three airports full of peeps.  Where are the cases in the other places???

Say 300 per plane......easy 1,000 contacts   Three terminal buildings in major travel hubs  say 5,000 contacts who may travel onward to other countries.  Where are all the cases??
