Well if the bike hit the taxi head on, somebody was in the wrong lane....for sure !!! You can bet that the taxi will have a fault found in it like the spare wheel, in the boot, was under inflated by 0.435278643 footlbs!! The driver will then get the blame. He will then be shot !!!
