I said, when this plane was shot down, that they were after Putin's plane, which is similar in size and colour scheme. His has four engines whereas MH 17 had two. Easily missed.

So if it was shot down, the fighter had to be Ukraine air force who are enemies of Russia. The pro Russia rebels don't have an air force. What better than to kill the head of your enemies forces, when he was in the area, flying back to Moscow from South America?

As it happened Putin was diverted, but as a military plane he could go anywhere and over Ukraine was the shortest route.It would be a simple computation to result in a time in the Ukraine area. Did some very smart guy figure out the possibilities and deliberately divert MH17 to Putin's route?  MH17 was 200km off the normal courses, which had been taken,by others, for weeks. Why this one??
