Is the Ebola vaccine a chicken and egg situation? It normally takes 10 to 15 years to have a drug go from an idea,through testing, jumping legal fences and then being released to be used by the public.
So has this outbreak been let loose to test the vaccine?? Have people really gone so low that they will let things out of their labs, just to test a vaccine.?
