Certainly not impossible that two or three nutters could turn up at a Mall and open fire. BUT  Garrow,having completely screwed up when Eid would fall, came out to give definitive information. He stated that it would happen!  When nothing happened,he stated that it would happen tomorrow. This is where he screwed up Eid as it is movable depending on the full Moon.   When nothing happened yet again

Garrow then said oh it will happen soon.

Now either he is a racist,blaming Muslims for no reason, or a gullible idiot patsy fed tripe, or a liar.
